By using Bearkl you accept these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the platform.
2. The Service
Bearkl is a B2B professional networking platform that enables professionals to connect, exchange messages and schedule business meetings. The service is provided by Verticom, D. Giannikos Pan. Dimitrios (sole proprietorship), Evmolpidon 23, 118 54 Athens, Greece, VAT No. 044041981.
3. User Account
- You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when you register
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- Each account corresponds to one natural person; bots or automated accounts are not permitted
4. Acceptable Use
The following are prohibited:
- Sending spam or bulk messages without consent
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Publishing misleading, defamatory or unlawful content
- Attempting unauthorised access to our systems
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of displaying it within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or by following the instructions at bearkl.com/data-deletion. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the Terms of Use.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for interruptions of the service or loss of data caused by force majeure or by technical problems beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
